The Friends of Harfield Parks (FOHP) is a community group whose main objective is to maintain and improve the four municipal parks (Hampstead, Surrey, Princes and Purley) within Harfield Village.
Founded in 2012 to address the increasing neglect of the parks, the FOHP has been instrumental in working with resident volunteers and the council in cleaning up the parks – creating and maintaining plant and flower beds, planting trees, and keeping the parks safe, clean and user-friendly.
However, the FOHP’s ability to keep our parks neat and tidy depends on the continued support of our Harfield Village community. There are several ways for you to get involved and contribute to this important cause.
You can join FOHP at one of their clean-up garden parties and share your labour, plants, mulch/compost, or grey water. Or you can also support them by donating to the FOHP operating funds, which will enable them to sustain ongoing projects and ensure the long-term well-being of our well used parks.

Please see the flyer for details and join the FOHP Facebook group for updates.
Let’s join hands with FOHP and support them in their ongoing efforts. Your presence and contributions will have a meaningful impact.
